Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds/Exchanges are generally not accepted. Each item is clearly pictured and measurements along with weights are listed under additional informtaion.

However, each claim will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

If you choose to fully insure your package (see shipping policies), the seller may file a claim with USPS in the case of damaged or lost items, and some or all money may be returned to the buyer. If you chose not to insure your package, refunds or exchanges are decided on a case by case basis. In the case of returns, buyer pays shipping.
